My own experience has been that the kids need me MORE now that they are older than they did when they were babies. I know that sound counter-intuitive. I actually cut my hours back even further when they started school... Good luck. You still have a couple years before Jax will really get into sports that require after school activity and Coop is still a baby. I think if you go to the job with the lesser commute and more time at home then it would be hard to go back to your current job down the road. Time to get out the pad of paper and make a pro's and con's list!azjennhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13346645417088426814noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18489782.post-58618101636385525822009-01-23T17:46:00.000-05:002009-01-23T17:46:00.000-05:00Oh man that is a tough one. If you are totally content in your situation now then keep it and you will find a way to make it work. However, if you are wishing a lot that you were home more, have lots of guilt or just feel too stressed because the commute is killing you then make a change. It is not like you can't go back to it someday. They won't be little forever. Just my thoughts.Alihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11662152999339229958noreply@blogger.com
